Job profile: We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and bring ROI through Ad campaigns. You will also have the responsibility of leading a team of digital marketers. This role would require an excellent collaborative ability to closely work with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Sales Team Members, External Ecosystem partners and leadership team.
EXPERIENCE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs and track them for ROI

- Work internally with technical mentors and placement teams to address student concerns and ensure they are closed on time.
- Conduct periodic student satisfaction surveys and own execution of improvement actions.
- Handle student /parent escalations in a professional manner by bringing them to closure promptly.
- Ensure placement conversions are improved across batches by improving student activity completion in terms of attendance, assignments and projects
